On August 28 an online intensive course titled “Japanese Language and Japanese Studies”, specifically the “Japanese-Ukrainian Online Seminar and Forum”, started under the guidance of Honorary Professor of PNU Dr. Yoshihiko Okabe – a distinguished professor of Kobe Gakuin University with expertise in historical and economic sciences. Students from the Faculty of Management of Vasyl Stefanyk Prycarpathian National University as well as students from Kobe Gakuin University participated in the event. Yoshihiko Okabe began the session with a presentation of his university and aspects of student life among Japanese youth. He then introduced the seminar participants to Japanese culture and demonstrated the basics of learning the Japanese language. It is worth noting that this course will open new opportunities for deepening scientific cooperation, developing joint educational programs, and fostering cultural exchange between Ukraine and Japan.
